service oriented, computer-savvy individual. Responsible for back-office operations
and order fulfillment. We specialize in custom items, so congenial and accurate
customer relations on the phone and email are very important. Our fast-paced,
family-owned business is growing like wildfire and we have a wonderful opportunity
for the right person.
The ideal candidate exhibits professionalism through writing and telephone,
can multi-task and prioritize, is detail-oriented and very comfortable with
computers.
Required: Agility on a PC and skilled specifically in Excel and accurate
written and verbal communication. Other skills that would be helpful but not
necessary are Access, Pagemaker, HTML, Dreamweaver, Yahoo! Store, Stone Edge
Order Manager, Photoshop and photography.
